About the Competition

The Faculty of Law, Parul University is organizing Samvidhan Pe Charcha 4.0, the 4th Inter University Moot Court Competition 2026. This prestigious national event aims to foster robust discourse on constitutional, administrative, and criminal law among law students, sharpening their legal research, advocacy, and drafting skills.

Eligibility

Undergraduate law students enrolled in recognized 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree programs across India are eligible to participate.

Important Dates & Timeline

• Registration Starts: June 15, 2026

• Last Date for Registration: August 25, 2026

• Memorial Submission Deadline: September 15, 2026

• Reporting, Researcher Test & Exchange of Memorials: September 24, 2026

• Preliminary & Octa Final Rounds: September 25, 2026

• Quarter Final & Semi Final Rounds: September 26, 2026

• Final Round & Valedictory Ceremony: September 27, 2026

Participants stand a chance to win cash prizes worth INR 5,00,000 alongside prestigious trophies and merit certificates:

• Winner: Ever-Rolling Trophy + Winner Trophy + INR 1,75,000 + Certificate of Merit
