Organized by Parul Institute of Law, Parul University
The Adhivakta Moot Court Committee at Parul Institute of Law, Parul University is proud to announce the 4th Inter-University Moot Court Competition 2026 (Samvidhan Pe Charcha 4.0). Scheduled to take place from 25th to 27th September 2026, this prestigious national-level competition serves as an elite platform for law students across India to showcase their advocacy skills, legal research, and courtroom ethics. The ultimate champions will be awarded the highly coveted, ever-rolling trophy—'Mayra'.

Criminal Liability: Charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) and the Information Technology Act, 2000, for criminal conspiracy, breach of trust, and cheating.
Admissibility of Digital Evidence: Compliance with procedural safeguards, chain of custody, and electronic record certification under the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (BSA).
Eligibility: Open to all law students currently pursuing a 3-year (Unitary) or 5-year (Integrated) LL.B. degree from recognized law universities/institutes in India.
Team Cap: Each institution is allowed to send only one team. (Multiple affiliated colleges of the same university are permitted if registering independently).
