About the Competition

Sir Issac Newton Law College is proud to announce the R. Thandapani Memorial National Moot Court Competition 2026. This prestigious national-level competition is designed to foster advocacy skills, legal research, and analytical thinking among law students across the country. Participants will have the opportunity to argue complex legal issues before a panel of esteemed judges, legal practitioners, and academicians.

Eligibility Criteria

The competition is open to all students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree course from any recognized law school/college/university in India.
Only one team can register from a particular institution (subject to official rules).

Team Composition

Each team shall typically comprise three members: two Speakers and one Researcher.
