Participants will gain exposure to:

Bail drafting and oral arguments
Evidence-based advocacy
Judicial reasoning and constitutional balancing
Courtroom strategy under strict timelines
The competition aims to:

Provide participants with a realistic courtroom simulation experience.
The moot proposition revolves around bail jurisprudence, national security laws and courtroom advocacy under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (UAPA).
The Moot Proposition has been released along with the competition brochure.
