Vaktrita 3.0 – Online Moot Court Competition

Orpheus Sabha Foundation, a registered Section 8 not-for-profit organization, in collaboration with Kshitizz NGO, is proud to present Vaktrita 3.0, the third edition of its highly anticipated Online Moot Court Competition. Designed to make high-quality mooting accessible, inclusive, and highly educational, this virtual competition offers a premium platform for law students across the country to showcase their advocacy, research, and drafting skills.

About the Organizers

The Orpheus Sabha Foundation is dedicated to making legal and academic opportunities accessible to students through moot courts, policy drafting competitions, MUNs, youth parliaments, and other educational initiatives. This edition is organized alongside Kshitizz NGO, a student-led non-profit committed to youth empowerment and social impact.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students enrolled in 3-year LL.B., 5-year LL.B., or LL.M. programmes are eligible to participate.

• Cross-institutional teams are permitted.

• Multiple teams from the same institution are allowed.

• Brochure Release & Registration Begins: July 4, 2026

• Early Bird Registration Ends: August 10, 2026

• Release of Clarifications: August 25, 2026

• Memo Drafting and Citation Workshop: August 30, 2026

• Last Date to Register: September 5, 2026

• Submission of Memorial: September 10, 2026

• Oral Advocacy Workshop: September 15, 2026

• Oral Rounds: September 25–27, 2026

Prizes and Awards (Total Pool Worth Rs. 2 Lakhs+)

• Winner: ₹40,000 + Trophy + Letter of Recommendation

• Runner-up: ₹30,000 + Trophy + Letter of Recommendation

• Best Memorial (Top 3): ₹13,000 / ₹11,000 / ₹7,000

• Best Speaker (Top 3): ₹13,000 / ₹11,000 / ₹7,000

• Semi-finalists: ₹15,000 + Letter of Recommendation

• Top 16 teams: Certificate of Merit + ₹3,000

• All Teams: Certificates of Participation

Registration Fee & Process

• Early Bird Fee: ₹3,000 (Available until August 10, 2026)

• Regular Registration Fee: ₹3,500 (From August 11 to September 5, 2026)
