The School of Law, GD Goenka University offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral legal education with a focus on experiential learning and areas including international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration.
The VIII GD Goenka – CIArb (India) International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition 2026 is the eighth edition of the School of Law's flagship arbitration moot.
The competition is designed to simulate authentic international commercial arbitration proceedings, giving participants an opportunity to argue before experienced arbitrators and practitioners.
The 2026 edition particularly focuses on the evolving role of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations in international commercial arbitration, exploring the intersection between commercial interests and contemporary sustainability practices.
Undergraduate or postgraduate law students
Students must be enrolled in a recognised institution
Only one team per institution is permitted
