Role & Key Responsibilities
Dentons Link Legal is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate / Principal Associate within its specialized Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity (PE) team based in Delhi.
- Leading and managing domestic and cross-border M&A and Private Equity transactions from inception to closing.
- Handling deal-side advisory, due diligence, transaction structuring, and drafting/negotiation of transaction documents with a high degree of independence.
- Working closely with partners, senior leadership, and clients across diverse practice domains.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Practice Focus: Dedicated, focused experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity transactions (candidates are expected to bring specific transactional deal-side experience rather than general corporate advisory).
- Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
