About the Job
NC Legal invites applications for the position of Associate – Corporate & Commercial Laws in Delhi. The role offers candidates with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience an opportunity to work on corporate, commercial, NCLT and NCLAT matters.
The selected candidate will assist senior team members with legal research, drafting, court appearances, case preparation and procedural compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience.
Basic understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
Familiarity with NCLT and NCLAT matters.
Good legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
A sincere, disciplined and detail-oriented approach, with a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to:
Assist senior lawyers with court appearances, case preparation and matter management.
Support the drafting of legal notices, applications, pleadings and corporate and commercial documents.
Assist with filing, documentation and procedural compliance before courts, NCLT and NCLAT.
Conduct legal research, analyse judgments and prepare case notes.
Assist in preparing briefs, compiling records and tracking case developments.
Compensation
Compensation will be provided as per industry standards.
Working Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Joining
Immediate joining is preferred. Candidates should be available to join on or before 23 October 2026.
