About the Opportunity
RevX Capital is looking for a Legal Associate / Junior Company Secretary to join its team. The position offers exposure to corporate and commercial law, legal documentation, regulatory compliance and business transactions within a financial services environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:
An LL.B., Company Secretary (CS) qualification, or equivalent degree in Law.
A strong background in legal document drafting and corporate/commercial law.
An analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
Prior experience in a legal or corporate environment is an advantage.
Bonus: Experience with funds or exposure to financial services.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
Legal Documentation: Drafting, reviewing and managing legal agreements, contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), resolutions and debt documents.
Regulatory Compliance: Supporting regulatory compliance and corporate governance requirements under the Companies Act.
Legal Research: Conducting legal research and providing analytical support for business initiatives.
Corporate Transactions: Addressing legal queries and assisting with corporate transactions.
Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
