About the 3rd Bail Application & Argumentation Competition 2026
The 3rd Bail Application & Argumentation Competition 2026 is the flagship national law competition organised by the Moot Court Association of Thakur Ramnarayan College of Law (TRCL). The competition is designed to provide law students with practical exposure to criminal law advocacy, bail proceedings, legal drafting, and oral argumentation through a simulated courtroom experience.
Open to students from BCI-recognised law colleges across India, the 3rd Bail Application & Argumentation Competition 2026 seeks to enhance participants' advocacy, legal research, drafting, and courtroom presentation skills. Conducted entirely in a virtual format, the competition offers aspiring advocates an opportunity to argue complex bail matters before distinguished legal professionals while competing against talented law students from across the country.

Eligibility for the 3rd Bail Application & Argumentation Competition 2026
The competition is open to:
Students pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes from universities, colleges, or law departments recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
Participants must submit a copy of their College/University Identity Card for verification.
Registration Details for the 3rd Bail Application & Argumentation Competition 2026
Registration Fee: ₹500 per team
The registration fee is non-refundable.
Teams must register using their official college email ID or any recognised student association email ID.
A confirmation email along with the Team Code will be shared after successful registration.
