About the Opportunity
The Centre for Labour Law and Research (CLLR) is publishing an edited volume that examines India's changing labour law landscape following the introduction of the four Labour Codes. The publication aims to address doctrinal, legislative, policy, and practical issues relating to industrial relations, occupational safety, social security, labour compliance, workplace equality, and workers' welfare.
The book is intended to serve as a comprehensive reference for academicians, policymakers, legal practitioners, researchers, and professionals working in labour and employment law.

Submission Guidelines
The publication follows a two-stage submission process.
Stage 1: Abstract
Authors must submit:
A 500–700 word abstract
Core thesis statement
Methodological framework
Foundational references
A 100–150 word author biography
Institutional affiliation or professional designation
Stage 2: Full Chapter
Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be invited to submit a 6,000–8,000 word book chapter.

Authors must follow the following formatting requirements:
Font: Times New Roman
Main text: 12 pt
Headings: 14 pt (Bold)
Line spacing: 1.5
Margins: 1 inch on all sides
Citation Style: OSCOLA
Maximum plagiarism: 10%
Only original and unpublished work will be accepted. Simultaneous submissions are not permitted.
