Shivjyothi & Associates is a dedicated law practice committed to providing strategic and effective legal services adhering to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. The firm’s practice spans a wide spectrum of legal disciplines including civil law, criminal law, consumer disputes, and family law. The office regularly represents clients across multiple judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including District Courts, State Commissions, High Courts, the General Court Martial of the Indian Army, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
Role & Responsibilities
Selected interns will gain hands-on exposure to litigation and advocacy during the month of December 2026. Responsibilities and exposure include:
Assisting senior advocates in legal research, case preparation, and drafting for civil, criminal, and family law disputes.
Accompanying the senior Advocate for court appearances and legal proceedings across various jurisdictions, including Delhi, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, and Rajasthan.
Handling case briefs and procedural filings before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
Eligibility & Criteria
Open to 1st-year and 2nd-year law students hailing from Odisha.
Candidates must have a keen interest in Criminal Law, Civil Law, and Family matters.
Willingness to travel for out-of-station court visits and appearances alongside the Senior Advocate.

Duration, Location & Mode
Nature: 21-Day Winter Internship (December 2026).
Work Mode: On-site / Physical with court travel.
Primary Location: Berhampur, Odisha.
