Key Responsibilities / Role Scope
Selected interns will gain robust litigation experience during the month of December 2026. Key facets of the internship include:
Assisting with case research, case brief preparations, and document handling across civil, criminal, and family law matters.
Potential opportunity to accompany senior Advocates for outstation court appearances and legal matters across multiple states, including Delhi, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, and Rajasthan.
Gaining practical courtroom insights and exposure to trial as well as appellate proceedings.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Open to 1st-year and 2nd-year law students from Odisha.
Candidates must have a demonstrated interest in Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, and Family Law.
Willingness and flexibility to travel for court appearances if required.
Total vacancies: 2 positions.
Duration & Work Mode
This is a 21-day winter internship based on-site in Berhampur, Odisha, with potential multi-state travel for litigation proceedings.
