TREXO GLOBAL is hosting an extensive walk-in recruitment drive to fill 30 vacancies across Patent Docketing and Trademark Docketing teams at their Noida office.
Key Responsibilities / Role Scope
- Manage, update, and maintain comprehensive docketing records for patent or trademark filings.
- Monitor and track statutory deadlines, official correspondence, and IP office actions.
- Ensure meticulous data accuracy across proprietary IP management platforms and external registries.
- Collaborate closely with internal IP teams and corporate clients to ensure smooth docketing operations.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in Intellectual Property docketing.
- Specialized domain experience in Patent Docketing or Trademark Docketing depending on the position sought.
- Strong attention to detail, deadline management, and demonstrated interest in advancing within the IP sector.
