Whitehatts has announced an open recruitment drive for a senior dispute resolution position on behalf of a reputed, premier law firm located in Chennai. This opportunity is aimed at accomplished litigation practitioners ready to handle complex disputes and court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities / Role Scope
- Handling contentious disputes, litigation proceedings, and court appearances across relevant judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Drafting pleadings, petitions, legal notices, rejoinders, and written submissions with high precision.
- Providing strategic legal counsel on intricate dispute resolution matters.
- Managing case preparation, client conferences, and briefing senior counsel as needed.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 6 to 7 years of post-qualification litigation experience.
- Strong background and hands-on exposure to dispute resolution matters.
- Proven legal acumen and sound procedural mastery.
- Chennai-based candidates with proficiency in the local language (Tamil) are strongly preferred.
Stipend, Perks & Compensation
Professional Fee: ₹1,25,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month.
