Be enrolled in the penultimate or final year of a three-year or five-year LL.B. programme.

Demonstrate strong legal research and drafting skills, supported by published work, research papers or writing samples.
Have a working understanding of corporate governance, securities regulations and contract law.

Possess strong written and spoken English skills.
Be capable of meeting tight deadlines and producing structured, accurate work.
