The organization is currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented US Legal/Contracts Professional to join its corporate legal operations based in Sector 63, Noida.
Key Responsibilities / Role Scope
- Draft, review, analyze, and manage a broad range of US commercial contracts and legal documentation.
- Support contract negotiation processes aligning with corporate compliance standards and US jurisdictional requirements.
- Liaise effectively with corporate stakeholders, recruitment leaders, and legal teams to address contractual nuances.
- Ensure stringent attention to detail and maintain end-to-end contractual risk mitigation.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in US legal matters, commercial contracting, and contract lifecycle management.
- Work Schedule: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
- Key Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of US contract law, proficient contract negotiation abilities, strong cross-cultural communication, and meticulous documentation skills.
